A commercial office building on one of Vancouver’s busiest streets, welcome to 988 West Broadway. Our design concept for this project is to create a sophisticated and inviting lobby and public spaces that reflect the identity and values of the anchor tenant. We will use a perforated two-storey metal screen as the focal point of the lobby, creating a dynamic and artistic impression. The rest of the materials were to be simple and elegant, such as wood, stone, and glass, to complement the metal screen and create a sense of balance and harmony.
